Return and Refund Policy
Cancelation Policy: -
1. in case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can’t be cancelled using our website.
Return Policy: -
1. After the return pickup, it will take around 15 days for the parcel to reach us. Once we receive the parcel, a Razorpay link will automatically be sent to you via text message. You will need to share your bank details there (required: Account Number and IFSC Code). After sharing the bank details, the refund will be credited to your bank account within the next 7 days.
2. As per the refund policy, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. After the return request is accepted, the courier boy will come for the return pickup within 1–2 days.
Refund policy:-
.We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.
NOTE FOR RETURN:-
• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.
